Develop a new Musketeer Mascot for Cheatham Middle School during my first internship at Synergistic.
Cheatham Mission
The Cheatham Middle School Musketeers strive to be a passionate community of critical thinkers and problem solvers through rigorous instruction in literacy and numeracy. They hope to empower each student to achieve their personal best academically, socially and emotionally, while challenging everyone to leave a legacy all their ownApproach
Initial versions were developed from sketches in Illustrator and presented in periodic meetings with the Synergistic design team. This mascot concept hoped to embody the Cheatham Middle School Musketeers values.Finals
After receiving positive feedback from the school faculty and select students, minor refinements were made to the the Primary and Alternate Mascot Logos. Kristina Romp explored options for type pairings and developed a secondary logo utilizing the sword. Brand guidelines were then created with the help of the design team and many color variations were prepared to be used by the school.
